New Zumba Gold
6 Jul 21
Do you feel the need to exercise but don't know where to start? Join us every Friday for Zumba Gold with our instructor Candy Minshall.
Candy's been teaching Zumba for ten years and qualified to teach Zumba Gold six years ago. Previous jobs have ranged from Teaching Assistant to Estate Agent, but exercise has always been her passion and she now does 1 to 1 sessions as a qualified personal training as well as Zumba, Core, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strong.
Although Candy has travelled all over the country, she's proud to be a born-and-bred Bristolian and now lives locally with her husband, two teenagers and a beagle called Tilly. She says "I am really excited about working with f2g, bringing some great music and moves into the group on a regular basis".
Meet Candy this Friday at 65 High Street for the first in our weekly Zumba class, from 2pm to 3pm. All exercises can be done seated.
