A bit about us...

You will meet others on a similar journey to yourself in a calm and relaxed environment enabling you to build up support networks and friendships whilst increasing self-esteem, self-confidence and self-value.  At no time will you be pressured into joining in or doing anything you’re not comfortable with. Friends, family and support workers are also welcome to these group sessions, to support their loved one and meet other carers.

Join Candy, our Zumba Gold instructor, for a fun afternoon of seated exercise every Friday, starting on 9 July.

This is just one of the many sessions in our new, exciting programme which includes some of the old favourites along with opportunities to try something different.

There will now be a charge of £5 for all sessions except for the sensory garden project, but why not become a member and pay just £10 per month?  Not only will you get access to every session at no extra cost, but you'll also be given a membership card, a free lanyard and a free t-shirt when you join.

Check out our store!

We rely on funding and grants to enable us to offer free (or heavily subsidised) access to all participants.

You can also support us via our online shop where you will find beautiful gifts and artwork, much of it hand-created by our members.

If you are an artist or enjoy making things and would like to donate some of your work to our shop, we would love to hear from you.  Every single sale will help make a difference to those living with invisible illnesses and your contribution will be very much appreciated.
